The Senior HRBP will lead a team of HR professionals while balancing strategic business partnership with day-to-day leadership responsibilities. This individual will champion talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and change management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Plant Leadership and senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two HR professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and execution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for a manufacturing workforce of 500+ employees.
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and difficult personnel situations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve retention, productivity, and workplace culture.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions.
  • Utilize workforce metrics and HR analytics to identify trends and recommend proactive business solutions.

  • Foster a culture centered around safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting unionized environments is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Background

We are looking for an HR leader who thrives on the manufacturing floor as much as in the boardroom. The ideal candidate is highly visible, proactive, and collaborative-someone who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve business challenges, develop talent, and build high-performing teams. This individual will bring both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach, with the credibility to influence senior leaders while remaining connected to employees across the organization.
