The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple manufacturing locations. In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive business performance through innovative people strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will play a key role in enabling business growth by providing strategic HR consulting, leadership coaching, and advocacy for HR programs and processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence organizational transformation, support change initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance business outcomes. Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and organizational development principles.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with union leadership, handling grievances, and achieving effective dispute resolution outcomes.
