Full Job Description
We have an opening on our San Francisco team for an ambitious, strategic, and dynamic individual with established experience in leading and growing a team.

The Role

This hire will play an integral role in supporting the managing partners' vision for growing our ambitious and highly professional team in Dublin. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of developing a team and scaling an organisation. The ideal candidate has significant experience in senior comms roles, can juggle competing priorities, deal with multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent client relations without breaking a sweat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to 150Bond managing partners and lead clients on behalf of 150Bond
  • Direct key accounts by being a strategic asset and advisor, embedding yourself with clients and anticipating their needs across multiple time zones at a senior level
  • Develop and manage team members in the region
  • Develop and lead business development initiatives and build a strong pipeline of clients
  • Continue to establish deep relationships with media, both traditional and non-traditional. Tell and shape stories, strategies, and narratives on behalf of clients
  • Recruit, train and develop team members
  • Deliver on key operational initiatives from brand development to global strategies for 150Bond

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of deep experience in the communications industry
  • Project management and agency experience
  • Strategic comms experience across technology and business
  • Ability to pursue new business opportunities. A team player with strong leadership qualities and a proven ability to delegate and manage a team
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Have an interest in the tech topics of today, from AI to blockchain
  • Have a passion and interest in media, messaging, and storytelling
  • International experience
