Description:
Manages the scope, quality, timeliness, and budget of multiple client deliverables and leads teams in researching, analyzing, and evaluating medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits plans and programs.
Interacts with clients and develops relationships, participates in developing strategies to meet clients' needs, and assumes the role of a trusted advisor.
Provides high-level financial, contract, and/or administrative analysis.
Delegates, guides, and trains junior staff, and peer-reviews their work.
Acts as an advisor to junior staff for problem resolution and guidance on appropriate ways to address challenges.
Reviews RFP information gathered by the team, analyzes and interprets the results, edits and finalizes the executive summary report, and sends this report to the client.
Develops and maintains personal and working relationships with key client stakeholders to transition into the role of a trusted advisor, facilitate the sharing of advice and information relevant to the client, develop new and expanded business, and gain client referrals.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $176,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
