How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Application Developer role:

  • Design, develop, test, debug, document, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and application components.


  • Build maintainable solutions using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.


  • Design and support containerized application architectures, data models, transformations, integrations, data-quality checks, and connections to enterprise systems, databases, files, and APIs.


  • Translate business requirements into practical technical designs, identify risks, recommend solutions, and help establish development standards across project teams.


  • Perform unit testing and contribute to test planning, implementation, upgrades, production support, and architectural and code-level documentation.


  • Monitor application performance and reliability, help ensure service expectations are met, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.


  • Estimate project effort, define technical tasks, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies early.


  • Partner with product owners, architects, developers, business users, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and demonstrate functionality.


  • Use modern AI-assisted and agentic development approaches, including large language models, Model Context Protocol concepts, and agentic coding frameworks, when appropriate.


  • Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement across the application development practice.


What you will need:

  • 4 years required; 6 years of relevant application development experience preferred


  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, web applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred


  • Hands-on experience with modern application development technologies, preferably including .NET, Node.js, React, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, and API development.


  • Experience working across multiple projects and technologies in a collaborative team environment.


  • Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and modern cloud or container-based application architecture.


  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools or agentic development approaches preferred.


  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
