Full Job Description
Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Senior FP&A Manager. This position can be located at either our Beachwood, OH or Jackson, MI facilities. Relocation benefits will be provided within the United States only.

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join our team to support the Fluid & Electrical Distribution Division of this growing $4B organization. The Sr. FP&A Manager will be responsible for consolidated financial statement forecasting, reporting, and analysis, enabling strategic decision-making for the organization. The role will be key to driving growth and profitability across the organization. This individual will be a key interface with the Aerospace senior leadership team, supporting executives with reporting and analysis and interfacing with sites. This manager will join a dynamic and engaged team of Finance leaders and will be located at an Eaton Aerospace facility.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the FED Director of Finance and FED leadership team.
• Lead preparation of consolidated forecasts and budgets, analyzing trends in orders, sales, profit, SG&A and R&D expense, capital and inventory.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual financial forecasting and reporting for consolidated Division financial statements.
• Manage monthly budget vs actuals reporting and present insightful variance analytics, risks and opportunities for the senior leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations.
• Provide consolidated KPI reporting and analysis in areas such as headcount, inflation, savings, amongst others.
• Develop long term financial modeling, forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Lead functional budgeting and reporting.
• Build effective relationships with a global finance team and a global Division leadership team to drive performance.
• Change Champion and Subject Matter Expert for FP&A initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Division and Aerospace business.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Minimum of two (2) years driving/leading FP&A processes.
