SENIOR FP&A ANALYSTfor a growing manufacturing client in Farmington Hills.
REQUIREMENTS of the Senior FP&A Analyst role
- Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related field
- 2+ years of Financial Analysis / FP&A Experience
- Experience with OneStream
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Senior FP&A Analyst role
- Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range strategic plans
- Prepare detailed variance analyses comparing actual performance to forecasts
- Build and maintain financial models that support scenario planning
- Support financial close, consolidation, and reporting cycles within OneStream, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Develop and automate new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within OneStream to enhance visibility and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to identify and implement system upgrades or enhancements
- Other duties and projects as assigned
