The
Senior FP&A Analyst, Americas is responsible for driving operational alignment across the Americas region to ensure financial commitments and goals are met through robust financial planning, analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic partner and a self-starter - comfortable rolling up their sleeves while partnering with senior stakeholders. The ability to adopt and leverage technology would be critical to the success of this role.
This position reports to the Senior Director, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and is part of the greater Finance team located in
Marlborough, MA and will be an
on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Lead Forecasting, Budgeting & Variance Analysis - lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes, develop scenario and sensitivity analyses, and timely insights by analyzing preliminary and actual performance results against financial targets.
- Advance Financial Reporting & Analytics Enablement - Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, standardize processes, and share best practices across teams.
- Act as the Commercial Finance Business Partner - Partner closely with regional commercial and functional leaders to support financial planning activities, evaluate business performance, and develop data-driven recommendations that improve operational and financial decision-making.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years experience
- Progressive FP&A, or related analytical experience.
- Proficiency with ERP and other financial systems (ie Oracle ERP/ HFM, OneStream, Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Power BI, CoPilot)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly desirable.
- Working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment in the Life Science industry.
- Working in a global environment as a finance partner to a variety of functions - from Sales to Service Operations to Marketing and Operations.

The annual salary range for this role is $114,333 - $125,500. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
