Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (R&D) What you'll do: • Drive the monthly close process: have a deep understanding of monthly performance, prepare variance commentary, understand accruals, and raise any risks and opportunities to both finance and R&D leadership teams • Manage headcount and expense planning: support the monthly forecasts and annual operating plan to translate business needs into accurate forecasts • Turn data into decisions: build a deep command of the P&L to diagnose what's driving performance, shape strategic narratives, and partner with leadership on high-impact, ad hoc analyses that move the business forward. • Be a trusted business partner: support leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations for clarity on budget, strategic trade-offs, and the decisions that define how the business grows • Leverage AI and drive process improvements: identify areas to automate, accelerate, and sharpen the work across the team What you'll bring: • 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance • 3-5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company • Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans • Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environment • Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, variance storytelling, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences • AI-forward - you actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeper Be Human With Us: Being human isn't about checking every box on a list.
