Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties: Partner with a cross functional team (Product Managers, Sales, Business Developers, etc.) to drive business improvements, target achievement and ultimate customer satisfaction. Define and execute Go-to-market strategy, product portfolio optimization, cost improvement and asset optimization initiatives. Responsible for Cost and Profit Center controlling Forecast/Budget preparation and reporting to management. Responsible for CRM controlling for the CP&C Segment. Responsible for all CRM related processes (eg. Pricing, rebates, budget, forecast). Responsible for the creation of the Sales Growth plans, controlling, tracking and reporting to ensure the Growth plans are achieved. Responsible for month end activities including but not limited to margin analysis, journal entries, allocation and balance sheet reviews. Support management with Ad-Hoc analyses proving high quality in limited available time as well as with presentations internally as well as externally. Cooperate with all others involved and with interface partners and passing on all relevant information to keep themselves and others advised. Work closely with the extended EP finance community and continuously enhance and improve reporting processes. Act as a digital/agile ambassador within EP and translate fresh tools, processes and digital ideas to everyday tasks. Approximately 5-10% travel required. Hybrid remote work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as a Senior Financial Analyst or or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following: ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management; ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; significant business acumen and P&L responsibility; process improvements and internal digitalization of processes; experience with data analysis; experience with MS Office, SAP ERP, Knime and Tableau; Financial Reporting analysis; Data Analysis; Budgeting and Forecasting; Accounting Software Proficiency. Will accept any combination of education and experience deemed to be equivalent to a related US bachelor's degree by a reputable credentials evaluation service.
