Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Analysis into the performance of the global ads business and key drivers of variance.
  • Partner with region and channel finance teams to deliver cohesive business performance narratives to executives in key forums such as Global Business Organization (GBO) Live (all GBO employees), GBO LC (all GBO directors), and other leadership moments.
  • Deliver these narratives at scale by building insights that can be replicated and re-used across the organisation for maximum impact.
  • Manage critical ad-hoc projects in partnership with finance, GTM and broader Google teams, including the impact of tariffs and modeling of new incentives models for sales compensation.
