Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with database query (SQL coding and analysis).
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Knowledge of core finance processes and standard enterprise finance systems (e.g. SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adopt Google specific tools.
- Strong problem-framing, problem-structuring and project management skills, and the ability to communicate insights.

Responsibilities- Manage TI unit costs and end-to-end CapEx processes, including forecasting, reporting, annual planning, and variance analysis.
- Implement scenario and predictive modeling to identify financial risks, evaluate self-funding opportunities, and drive spending re-prioritization.
- Partner with TI leadership, corporate dinance, and engineering to align investment decisions with organizational efficiency targets.
- Advocate for workflows by developing standardized, AI-augmented processes covering CapEx from demand/supply inputs to spend approvals.
- Construct and present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, decision-impacting manner.
