Summary

The Technology Services (TS) Finance team is seeking a highly motivated FP&A professional who strives to excel in a fast-paced environment!

The TS Finance team is responsible for financial planning and reporting activities and supports both the Technology Services (TS) executive team and the Finance executive team. The TS finance team works closely with various finance teams, stakeholders and the controllers' organization to deliver insightful financial information and analysis to influence decision-making and drive greater profitability, while ensuring financial integrity.

You will be responsible for supporting the FP&A of several key VP stakeholders within the TS Business Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, the individual will manage the full P&L and become a valued business partner for their stakeholders. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative finance team, and work alongside several teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Capital and Opex portfolio of the Technology Services team
  • Prepare presentation decks with financial analysis for Executives
  • Assist in financial deep dives and ad-hoc projects in order to provide enhanced, value-added financial analysis and insights to drive improved financial & business performance
  • Execute month-end and quarter-end deliverables including tracking of financial and metrics performance, scorecards
  • Support the financial planning process for budget, in-year forecasts, and long-range planning for elements of the Technology Services BU
  • Manage relationships with other internal finance teams, business partners, and subsidiaries
  • Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes to improve both speed and accuracy


Critical Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting or business intelligence
  • CPA or MBA Designation
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize, and balance multiple deliverables
  • Excellent Digital Software skills (i.e. Microsoft 365, Alteryx, Teradata, PEATS)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional groups and various management levels
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
  • Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with a high degree of curiosity


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
