The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Creator & Creative Professional (C&CP) finance team and help us move faster from data to decisions. This role is for a builder - someone who isn't just comfortable with automation and AI, but actively seeks out chances to create smarter workflows, reduce manual toil, and surface insights in ways that scale. You'll partner with leaders across marketing, product, and go-to-market, contributing directly to topline growth and overall planning for Adobe's C&CP business!
What You'll Do- Drive topline strategic financial planning with a long-term and product-focused lens to set the roadmap for Adobe's continued growth across C&CP Web & Mobile products.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, GTM to deliver data-driven analysis on strategic business initiatives.
- Build and scale agentic workflows and automation pipelines that reduce time-to-insight - from data pull to executive-ready output - across recurring financial processes.
- Own financial reporting on key business metrics, maintaining and continuously improving 'run the business' reporting infrastructure.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into actionable insights on business trends, risks, and opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A or related analytical roles.
- Previous experience supporting topline for consumer subscription or SaaS products.
- AI-native by default: actively build automations and explore agentic workflows to compress analysis cycles, eliminate manual steps, and deliver insights at a speed traditional approaches can't match.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools - whether that's Python scripting, LLM-powered workflows, low-code/no-code platforms, or building on top of AI APIs.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, connects across teams, and finds new ways to approach business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills - you can translate technical approaches and financial findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
