Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA, CMA, MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years in public accounting or 5-8 years in industry, preferably in manufacturing/industrial
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with inventory accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Proven ability to manage audits in a public company setting
• Familiarity with financial and ERP software (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support month-end activities by preparing entries for payroll, depreciation, and leases
• Reconcile inter-company transactions and banking activities
• Calculate reserves for E&O and bad debt
• Manage credit card program and P&L entries
• Prepare pre-paid software and insurance expense records
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and classification
• Prepare financial statements and management reports with supporting schedules
• Coordinate quarterly balance sheet reviews and manage blackline administration
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to requests
• Assist in tax and compliance reporting requirements
