Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity functions in a multi-site environment
• 8+ years of experience as a systems/network engineer or infrastructure administrator
• Experience with IT security, WAN/SD-WAN, routing, switching, cloud services (preferably AWS)
• Working knowledge of virtualization and remote desktop solutions
• Familiarity with CMMC and federal contractor cybersecurity compliance frameworks (NIST 800-171)
• Strong communication skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
• Technical certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) and familiarity with ITIL practices are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee network infrastructure across all MW Springs locations, including WAN, LAN, wireless, and security
• Manage server infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
• Maintain monitoring to proactively identify and resolve outages and issues
• Collaborate with application/ERP teams on project implementations and problem resolution
• Implement patch management for security and system updates to minimize business disruption
• Manage cybersecurity and IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budgets
• Document vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing
