Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity functions in a multi-site environment
• 8+ years of experience as a systems/network engineer or infrastructure administrator
• Proficient in IT security, WAN/SD-WAN, routing, switching, and cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Working knowledge of virtualization and remote desktop solutions
• Familiarity with CMMC and federal contractor cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171)
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-level interaction
• Technical certifications from vendors like Microsoft, AWS, or Cisco preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee network infrastructure for 8 MW Springs locations
• Manage server infrastructure, ensuring uptime and disaster recovery readiness
• Maintain proactive monitoring and alerting systems for network issues
• Collaborate with application and ERP teams for project and issue resolutions
• Implement patch management across network and server systems
• Manage IT projects, prioritizing cybersecurity and infrastructure needs
• Coordinate and resolve escalated Service Desk requests and incidents
• Establish cybersecurity tools and processes for company security
• Ensure compliance with regulatory security requirements, leading documentation and audits
• Act as a technical mentor to Service Desk and site IT staff
