We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the Creator & Creative Professional (C&CP) Finance team and help shape the future of Adobe's business through strategic finance and transformational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, turns financial insights into business decisions, and takes ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution.

You will play a key role in supporting business consolidation efforts, strategic initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate combines strong financial skills with curiosity and innovation, using AI, automation, and collaboration to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic finance initiatives across the C&CP organization, including support for M&A evaluations, business integration efforts, and other high-priority projects.
  • Drive long-range planning and scenario modeling to evaluate growth opportunities, investment strategies, and key business decisions.
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Development to turn insights into action.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate complex financial and business data into clear actions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled finance capabilities, helping teams modernize workflows, increase efficiency, and unlock deeper business insights across the organization.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and uncover business insights.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence decisions across teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships across organizations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
