Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to support critical scientific decision-making.
Build scalable data pipelines that enable efficient analysis, model development, and insight generation.
Apply advanced analytical methods to solve complex research and business challenges.
Integrate diverse datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and actionable opportunities.
Create predictive models that helpidentifyrisks and support informed decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional experts to advance project goals and drive innovation.
Ensurehigh standardsof model quality, validation, reproducibility, and performance.
Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Requirements
Doctorate degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, ora relatedfield.
Experience working with large and complex scientific, healthcare, or research datasets.
Strong programming skills using Python or a comparable programming language.
Experience building and deploying end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions.
Strong understanding of statistics, predictive modelling, validation techniques, and performance evaluation.
Experience working with databases and modern data processing technologies.
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills within multidisciplinary environments.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in drug discovery, toxicology, predictive safety, or pharmacology.
Experience with generative artificial intelligence, explainable artificial intelligence, graph machinelearningor agentic workflows
**AppointmentlevelSenior Expert I/Senior Expert IIwill bedeterminedbased on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
Compensation & Benefits
Senior Expert I Data Science: $126,000.00 - 180,000.00 - 234,000.00 USD Annualper year;
Senior Expert II Data Science: $138,600.00 - 198,000.00 - 257,400.00 USD Annualper year.
Final compensation will bedeterminedbased on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for a performance-based cash incentive and may be eligible for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees receive health,lifeand disability benefits, a 401(k) plan with company contribution and match, wellbeing and financial benefits, and generous paid time off including vacation, personal days,holidaysand other leave benefits.
Salary Range
