Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Exempt SeniorRecruiter - Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive timely hiring outcomes by identifying and securing top talent for current and future business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce objectives.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and selection criteria to improve hiring quality and long-term success.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective market engagement.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-through.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Leverage recruiting data and reporting insights to support informed talent decisions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes to maintain an efficient and seamless hiring lifecycle.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and reporting resources to manage candidate pipelines and support hiring visibility.
  • Apply structured candidate assessment and selection methodologies to deliver objective, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in external talent sourcing strategies that attract and engage diverse candidate populations.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring leaders by leveraging sound judgment, business knowledge, and talent market insights.
  • Use data analytics, problem-solving, and data visualization principles to identify trends and drive recruitment process improvements.
  • Foster strong partnerships through effective stakeholder management, collaboration, persuasion, and customer-centric service.
  • Bring an action-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate changing priorities, exercise decision quality, and contribute to positive business results.
