Full Job Description
Arm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Marketing Officer and help drive the effective operation of the CMO Office and Marketing Leadership Team.

This is a highly visible role at the center of a fast-paced, global Marketing organization. You'll be responsible for staying several steps ahead - actively managing a complex executive calendar, anticipating what's coming next, ensuring the CMO is prepared for key engagements, and bringing exceptional organization and follow-through to the day-to-day operation of the office.

You'll work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CMO, as well as leaders and executive assistants across Arm, to ensure priorities are coordinated, issues are anticipated, and the CMO is consistently set up for success. You'll also play an important role in bringing our global Marketing team together through leadership offsites, internal events, and other key team moments.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and actively manage the CMO's complex global calendar, prioritizing competing demands, protecting focus time, anticipating conflicts, and ensuring her time is aligned to business priorities

  • Stay several steps ahead of the calendar, proactively identifying scheduling issues, dependencies, travel considerations, and preparation needs before they become problems

  • Ensure the CMO is prepared for meetings and engagements by coordinating agendas, materials, logistics , attendee information, and relevant context with the appropriate teams

  • Work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CMO on calendar priorities, upcoming engagements, emerging issues, and follow-up, helping create an effective operating rhythm for the CMO Office

  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders across a global organization

  • Own complex domestic and international travel planning, including detailed itineraries, transportation, accommodations, visas, and related requirements, anticipating how travel impacts the broader calendar

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to plan and execute Marketing Leadership Team offsites, global Marketing meetings, internal events, and other key team moments, owning logistics from planning through execution

  • Support the operating rhythm of the Marketing Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating materials and logistics , and helping ensure actions and follow-up are progressed

  • Build strong working relationships with executive assistants across Arm and external organizations to coordinate executive schedules, travel, meetings, and engagements

  • Maintain strong follow-through on commitments, actions, and requests coming into and out of the CMO Office, ensuring important details do not fall through the cracks

  • Manage expense reports, travel reimbursements, and other executive administrative requirements accurately and on time

  • Handle highly sensitive business and personnel information with discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality

What You Will Bring:

  • Significant experience supporting a C-suite or similarly senior executive, ideally within a complex, global organization

  • Exceptional calendar management skills and demonstrated experience managing highly dynamic schedules across multiple time zones, competing priorities, and frequent changes

  • Strong judgment and the ability to understand priorities, make thoughtful decisions about an executive's time, and know when to act independently versus escalate

  • A highly proactive working style, with a track record of anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and acting before being asked

  • Experience planning and coordinating executive offsites, leadership meetings, internal events, and other complex team activities

  • Experience managing sophisticated domestic and international executive travel and associated logistics

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with a track record of reliable follow-through and closing the loop

  • Confidence working with senior executives, customers, partners, and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment where priorities can change quickly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with appropriate discretion

  • A collaborative approach and ability to build a strong working partnership with the Chief of Staff, Marketing Leadership Team, and broader executive assistant community

  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and related productivity tools

Extra Credit For:

  • Experience supporting a C-suite executive within a global technology company

  • Experience partnering closely with a Chief of Staff or similar role to support an executive office

  • Experience coordinating global leadership meetings, team offsites, or internal events across multiple geographies

  • Experience supporting an executive with significant external-facing responsibilities, including customer, partner, media, speaking, or industry engagements

  • Familiarity with the pace and complexity of a global, matrixed organization

  • A reputation for being the person who sees around corners, stays calm when plans change, and reliably gets things done
