Full Job Description
Your Impact

Interested in contributing to a growing global organization? We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our Boston team.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner and right hand to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). We are looking for a true C-level Executive Assistant who understands the high-stakes flow of the executive suite and thrives on keeping things moving smoothly across both corporate vision and global revenue generation. You will be the internal champion who helps drive momentum-someone who naturally anticipates needs, connects the dots between strategy and sales execution, and ensures key initiatives stay on track. While your primary focus is keeping our top executives aligned and moving forward, you will also help maintain the vibrant heartbeat and culture of our Boston hub.
  • Manage complex, fast-moving calendars with a highly proactive approach, optimizing both executives' time, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring key business and revenue projects progress smoothly.
  • Maintain open, clear communication loops with the CEO and CRO, keeping leadership effortlessly informed and aligned in real time across different time zones.
  • Oversee intricate domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless, end-to-end itineraries optimized for critical board meetings and global client engagements.
  • Join key leadership and revenue meetings to capture critical action items, organize global all-hands and executive on-sites, and help facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Engage with relevant Slack channels to help maintain team organization, track cross-functional deliverables, share executive reminders, and keep global regional teams connected.
  • Partner with our Europe-based Workplace Experience team to keep the Boston office welcoming and functional, while organizing engaging local events that bring our Boston team together.

This role is in-person (Monday - Friday) in our Boston Office to ensure seamless, real-time collaboration.
What Sets You Apart
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives (ideally a CEO and/or Go-To-Market/Revenue leader) in a dynamic, fast-paced global scaling environment. You understand how to partner effectively with leadership and navigate complex corporate and commercial priorities.
  • You don't wait for a to-do list. You are a strategic self-starter who looks ahead, anticipates potential roadblocks, asks clarifying questions early, and takes pride in driving successful outcomes for the executive office.
  • You welcome feedback as a tool for continuous improvement (especially regarding complex scheduling and intricate travel logistics) and adapt gracefully to evolving priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • High cognitive bandwidth with the ability to switch gears smoothly between high-level corporate governance and fast-paced sales operations, managing multiple priorities in parallel without breaking a sweat.
  • You genuinely care about the craftsmanship of your work, the success of the executives you support, and the overarching mission of the company.
