How you'll make an impact in this role- Executive Administrative Support: Proactively manages the Executive's calendar to ensure efficiency. Plans any travel arrangements and onsite meeting logistics. Prepares meeting agendas and tracks all follow-up action items.
- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement high-efficiency policies for the DC office, including the potential supervision of administrative staff, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Strategic Communication: Author and coordinate sophisticated reports, presentations, and formal correspondence for the Executive Leadership Team (ALT) and external stakeholders.
- Policy & Legislative Research: Proactively monitor legislative hearings and policy shifts, synthesizing complex information into actionable briefing materials and reports.
- Financial & Project Oversight: Maintain rigorous tracking of departmental budgets and financial data while ensuring all executive action items are followed through to completion.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 5+ years as a Sr. Executive Assistant to C-Suite leadership.
- Skilled with Google Suite applications.
