• Ensure ETL pipelines integrate seamlessly with cloud architectures, data models, monitoring tools, and downstream systems.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, technical reviews, and migration planning activities.
Documentation & Reporting
• Create and maintain ETL documentation including data maps, flow diagrams, transformation logic, SOPs, and error logs.
• Provide pipeline performance updates, migration status reports, and data quality metrics to leadership.
• Support development of reusable processes and technical artifacts supporting repeatable migration operations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Must have Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or enterprise scale migration operations.
• Strong experience with ETL tools, scripting languages, automation frameworks, and high volume data pipelines.
• Hands on experience with legacy system extraction, cloud ingestion, and multi format data transformation.
• Proven troubleshooting skills, including pipeline diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Ability to operate in fast paced, multi team environments supporting mission critical delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
