Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and preconstruction phases for various projects
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to optimize project outcomes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for major projects
• Analyze drawings and specifications to identify project risks and opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules and financial performance during preconstruction phase
