Your Skills & Experience - Enterprise Architecture: Designing blueprint architectures for HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Employee Relations.
- Data Security & Privacy: Creating secure HR data models. Because client handles sensitive member and employee PII, architects must ensure HR scopes restrict data access properly.
- Integrations: Architecting seamless integrations between ServiceNow and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (like Workday) and payroll systems.
- Platform Governance: Defining technical standards, lifecycle management, and roadmaps tailored to enterprise IT and HR shared service centers.
Your Skills & Experience - Experience: Typically 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years focused explicitly on designing HR service delivery or HR technology solutions.
- Certifications: Preference for ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or advanced HRSD Implementation Specialist credentials.
- Business Acumen: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or highly regulated industries (like Financial Services).
- Advanced Modules: Proficiency with newer platform capabilities such as ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Next Experience UI
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$70,176- $170,040. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
