Job Description:

Project Delivery & Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end high-impact, complex projects with tight timelines, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Responsible for managing project schedules, budgets/financial allocations and agreed upon scope.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet tight deadlines.
  • Design and produce regular reports, dashboards, and other project artifacts, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure project performance, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Vendor Management
  • Manage multimillion-dollar vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables align with contractual obligations, project objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic alignment.
  • Proactively assess vendor risks and manage dependencies to avoid project delays.
  • Track and negotiate vendor deliverables, monitor performance, and resolve disputes to maximize value and minimize risks.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on the vendor.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements and maintain audit trails for vendor activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate communication with project sponsors, other program/project managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. This includes cross functional technology, business, and platform stakeholders, to achieve shared goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and external partners to drive alignment and decision-making.
Staffing & Budget Management
  • Optimize staff allocations and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Forecast and track expenditures, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Maintain a centralized issue log and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure all project documentation (e.g., plans, agreements, reports, contracts) is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
AI Adoption & Innovation
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI integration within the project scope to enhance efficiency, decision-making, or customer experience.
  • Partner with other cross functional teams to pilot or implement AI solutions, ensuring alignment with our AI governance framework.
  • Monitor AI tool performance and vendor capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Project Oversight
  • Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications, architecture, and integration points.
  • Address technical challenges and ensure seamless execution of system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 75,000 to 90,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
