Full Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Enterprise Data Training and Enablement Lead to work in the National Capital Region covering the Pentagon, Falls Church, and Fairfax. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The War Data Platform (WDP) is a key initiative within the U.S. Department of War's (DoW) AI-First strategy introduced in early 2026. The WDP focuses on operational warfighting data and aims to accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) on the battlefield. The WDP extends to Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret environments, and supports collaboration between Combatant Commands, Joint Staff directorates, Senior Executive Service leaders, and operational analysts.

The Senior Enterprise Data Training and Enablement Lead owns the full WDP training portfolio across all classification levels, directing the design, development, and continuous improvement of role-based training materials that enable analysts, data stewards, platform builders, and operational stakeholders to effectively use WDP tools, pipelines, and governance processes. This role serves as the primary bridge between platform delivery teams and the broader WDP user community, ensuring training content remains current, discoverable, and aligned to mission readiness objectives.
• Leads the WDP training portfolio across Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret enclaves by creating training plans, aligning role-based training materials to data engineering, data tooling, operations, and governance objectives, and coordinating release-aligned schedules with Government counterparts
• Directs development and maintenance of documentation, presentation decks, tutorial videos, and step-by-step guides that teach use of WDP tools, construction and monitoring of data pipelines, execution of governance processes, and performance of operational procedures
• Establishes and monitors service levels, maintains version control, and sequences updates in lockstep with platform releases and policy changes
• Evaluates feedback intake from Service Desk trends, hands-on labs and enablement sessions, and user evaluations to prioritize revisions that improve clarity, reduce rework, and accelerate time-to-task
• Standardizes metadata, tagging, and catalog structure in the Government-approved repository to maximize discoverability and audit traceability
• Publishes quarterly impact reports that quantify course completion, proficiency attainment, adoption growth, and learner satisfaction, and uses findings to refine training roadmaps and release calendars
• Synchronizes training deliverables with program milestones to support operational readiness, governance compliance, and mission execution across the WDP enterprise
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Current Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• 10 or more years of experience leading enterprise training, technical documentation, instructional design, or knowledge management programs within large-scale IT, data, or analytics environments
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining role-based training content-including written guides, video tutorials, and presentations-for complex technical platforms serving diverse user communities
• Experience managing centralized knowledge repositories, including establishing metadata standards, catalog structures, version control practices, and content governance processes aligned with organizational standards
• Experience designing and delivering data governance or data platform training programs to technical and non-technical audiences, including analysts, data stewards, and platform builders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution
• Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management)
