Position Summary

ECS is seeking an IT Enterprise Architect - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in integrating cross-domain architecture across data, applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and security frameworks. This position is pivotal in supporting enterprise modernization and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring these efforts are aligned with DoDAF and Army enterprise architecture guidance. The IT Enterprise Architect will be responsible for ensuring interoperability and alignment with broader enterprise goals, contributing to the overall mission of enhancing and securing the Army National Guard's IT capabilities.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate enterprise architecture solutions across data, applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security domains.
  • Lead efforts to analyze enterprise technology environments, identify architectural gaps, and develop strategies for integration and modernization.
  • Support cloud migration initiatives by evaluating system dependencies and aligning architecture artifacts with DoDAF and Army enterprise architecture guidance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and program stakeholders to ensure technology decisions support secure, scalable, and mission-aligned IT capabilities.
  • Create architectural documentation that supports enterprise governance processes and mission system performance.
  • Ensure interoperability and alignment of IT systems with enterprise modernization goals.
  • Coordinate cross-domain architecture integration efforts to support enterprise goals.
  • Provide expertise in developing and implementing strategies for IT modernization and cloud migration.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GDSA, GSEC
  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, or IT modernization within DoD or Federal environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and integrating enterprise architecture solutions across various domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and address architectural gaps in enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience in supporting cloud migration initiatives and aligning with enterprise architecture guidance.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive architectural documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
