About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially ambitious senior sales person to establish and accelerate Resulting's growth across North America.

This is a pivotal role with responsibility for building our US revenue engine from the ground up. You will own the North American revenue target, drive new customer acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and establish Resulting as the trusted independent partner for SAP customers navigating S/4HANA transformation.

Initially, this role will be highly customer-facing and hands-on, requiring the ability to open doors, build executive relationships, and personally support strategic sales opportunities. As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing US sales organisation

Working closely with the Global Sales Director, CCO and wider leadership team, you will refine the North American go-to-market strategy, build a predictable sales engine and become a key member of Resulting's global commercial organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Commercial Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the North American revenue sales number.
  • Define and execute the US go-to-market strategy and territory plan.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Implement MEDDPICC, CRM discipline, sales tooling and operating rhythms that enable scale.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline insight and commercial intelligence to the CCO and executive team.

New Market Development

  • Establish Resulting's brand and market presence across North America.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of SAP and other senior enterprise leaders.
  • Identify, pursue and close strategic new logo opportunities.
  • Develop reference customers and lighthouse accounts to accelerate market credibility.
  • Develop and execute account-based strategies into target enterprise organisations.

StrategicPartnershps& Ecosystem Growth

  • Develop relationships with SAP and complementary ecosystem partners to create new routes to market.
  • Identify strategic alliances that increase brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Represent Resulting at industry events, customer forums and executive briefings

110,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote - US)
