ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure
  • Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Memory System Design for HBF-based products
    • Drive HBF-controller interface specs and alignment
    • Define HBF management algorithms
    • Define HBF reliability and performance improvement algorithms
    • Work with FW team on implementation
    • Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement and debug planning
    • Verify and characterize the algorithms on actual systems


Qualifications
  • REQUIRED:
    • Bachelor's, or Master's, in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
    • 6+ years (BS), 3+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash-based or related system design
    • Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python)
    • Experience on NAND management algorithms and qualification flow
    • Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders
  • PREFERRED:
    • Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks
    • Knowledge of LLM algorithm

  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
