Job Description:

Our applications department provides interface between customers, product marketing, design, validation and verification teams. We participate very actively in all stages of products life cycle - from concept to customer feedback.

What will you do in this position?
In this position, you'll harness your expertise to contribute to the success of the team to achieve excellence in creation and support of novel and market leading PHY products. You can bring in your ideas in working out new concepts, have chance to prove those through simulation, create concept prototypes, work with our design teams to make those reality and then participate in the validation process to make sure those can meet our customer's expectations. You'll author technical collateral for these designs, review designs and provide support to our customers to make sure those adhere to our recommendations.

We put high value on the quality of our products - your focus will be collaborating on many levels within our organization to make sure we can offer best value to our customer. This involves sharing your deep understanding of signal integrity and EMC topics early in the design stage and later, assisted by your analytic skills and debugging experience, making sure those goals were met or exceeded, by checking respective performance in our own and external labs.

Your strong communications and writing skills will assist you, while interfacing with various internal teams. You must be able to effectively communicate technical information to individuals with varying levels of expertise and use your technical knowledge and background to ask appropriate questions.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or CE with 8 + Years of experience in electronic engineering or equivalent (mechatronic,
physics, etc.). Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design
• Experience in simulation and analysis on circuit- and system-level
• Experience in dealing with state-of-the-art measurement equipment (Oscilloscope, Spectrum/Signal/Logic Analyzer, VNA)
• Experience with Signal Integrity and EMC testing and debugging
• Experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience in Ethernet
• Technical documentation reading and drafting skills
• Basic coding/scripting skills (Python/C/C++/C#/Java/uPython/etc.)
• Project-/task-oriented, self-sustained work
• English: business-level proficiency

Preferred skills:
• Experience in automotive
• Experience in (analog/digital) semiconductor design
• Experience with compliance and certification processes
• RF Design/Debugging
• PCB Design (Altium)
• FW development
• Python Scripting
