Job Description
Design develop and maintain enduser computing EUC desktop engineering solutions Implement and optimize Windows Virtual Desktop WVD environments to improve remote desktop experiences Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate desktop solutions with existing IT infrastructure Troubleshoot complex desktop environment issues and deliver timely resolutions Ensure security compliance and adherence to best practices in desktop engineering setups Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and system upgrades related to desktop environments Document system configurations processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the deployment configuration and management of EUC desktop solutions Manage and support WVD infrastructure including user profile management and session host configurations Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime Provide expertlevel support and guidance to junior engineers and end users Collaborate with security teams to implement policies and controls for desktop environments Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance desktop engineering processes and user satisfaction
