About the RoleThe Senior Editorial Manager, US Analytical Content, leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering authoritative analytical content that meets rigorous quality, currency, and commercial standards. The role executes the content roadmap with a strong focus on modernizing ways of working, driving change, and embedding AI-enabled editorial practices at scale.
Reporting to the Head of North America Analytical Editorial Operations, the Senior Editorial Manager plays a critical role in advancing business objectives related to content growth, delivery efficiency, and AI readiness.
Responsibilities- Execute the strategic roadmap for content portfolio delivery and enhancement, balancing revenue growth with disciplined cost management, including close oversight of author fee budget.
- Develop a high-performing editorial team, ensuring strong practice area coverage across internal teams and external expert authors while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning.
- Drive answer quality for L+AI experiences by ensuring analytical content performs effectively within agentic content solutions, partnering with Product and Technology to improve accuracy, relevance, and explainability of AI-generated outputs through strong editorial standards and feedback loops.
- Lead implementation of AI-enabled content creation and updating workflows, setting clear expectations for effective human-in-the-loop review, quality standards, and appropriate use of editorial judgment.
- Ensure content readiness for AI-powered products by driving consistency, structure, metadata quality, and adherence to harmonized global standards.
- Spearhead performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operating health, validate decisions, and drive continuous improvement across content quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Technology, Content Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Segment teams to identify new content opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) required; practice experience preferred.
- Experience in legal content (or adjacent knowledge/content businesses), including at least 7 years' experience managing a team with strong coaching orientation and ability to drive accountability and change in matrixed organizations.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI in workflows (content/knowledge domain preferred), translating use cases into scalable operating models with a focus on measuring impact on quality, throughput, and risk.
- Experience leading AI adoption and driving sustained workflow with clear results.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable creating and delivering executive-ready presentations.
- Strong data and analytics proficiency, including using Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to build scalable reporting, diagnose performance drivers, and guide operational and quality decisions with data.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Base Pay Range for CO is $115,400 - $192,300. Base Pay Range for IL is $121,200 - $201,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $126,900 - $211,500. Base Pay Range for MD is $121,200 - $201,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $126,900 - $211,500. Base Pay Range for New York City is $138,400 - $230,700. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $115,400 - $192,300. Base Pay Range for OH is $109,500 - $182,700.
