Role: Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead Location: Albuquerque, NM 87102 Position: 2 Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead who can lead an Agile delivery team, serve as Scrum Master, and provide hands on technical leadership to deliver high quality enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET development expertise, experience with IBM FileNet, Oracle databases, and AWS, along with the ability to design proof of concepts, mentor developers, and present technical recommendations to architecture governance teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor development teams while establishing coding standards and ensuring delivery quality. • Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and maintaining team velocity. • Provide technical leadership and align solution implementation with architecture standards and best practices. • Design, develop, and validate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate technical approaches. • Prepare and present technical solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to the Technical Review Board. • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations teams to deliver end to end solutions. • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies. • Work with IBM FileNet and Oracle databases to support enterprise content management solutions. • Build and support AWS based solutions, including Amazon RDS. Required Skills: • Strong hands on development experience with .NET. • Experience with IBM FileNet. • Strong Oracle database experience. • Experience with AWS, including Amazon RDS. • Experience leading Agile development teams and serving as Scrum Master. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills: • Prior Technical Lead experience in regulated or enterprise environments. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Automated testing. • Cloud operations. Expected Deliverables: • Enterprise .NET application development. • Technical solution designs and Proof of Concepts. • Technical Review Board presentations. • Agile delivery leadership and Scrum facilitation. • Application deployment and production support. Education Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
