Full Job Description
Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Director, Segment Head, Americas Strategic Accounts based out of our New York office.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to serve as Segment Head for the Americas Strategic Accounts team, with primary responsibility for the firm's most important global relationships across top-tier U.S. banks, broker-dealers, and leading asset managers.

This segment represents Fitch Solutions' largest, most complex, and highest-priority client base, consisting of globally significant financial institutions with multi-line, enterprise-wide engagements.

In this elevated leadership role, you will be accountable for maximizing enterprise value, strengthening executive partnerships, and driving multi-product growth across global relationships, delivered through a high-performing team of senior account leaders. This role requires a leader who can operate at the C-suite level, influence broad client strategy, and position Fitch Solutions as a trusted, long-term strategic partner.

You will also play a critical role in shaping firm-level priorities by bringing strategic client insight back into the organization and influencing product, commercial, and go-to-market strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Strategic Segment Leadership (Enterprise Accounts)
  • Own the Strategic Accounts segment strategy, including global account coverage, executive engagement models, and long-term client value creation plans.
  • Define and implement enterprise-level account planning standards across the highest-value, most complex client relationships.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor layer for key strategic accounts, ensuring senior-level access, alignment, and relationship depth across all stakeholders.
  • Act as the internal voice of the segment, informing product strategy, pricing, packaging, and investment priorities based on direct market insight.

Executive Relationship & Commercial Leadership
  • Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships across top global financial institutions (CIO, CRO, Heads of Research, Trading, Risk, and Portfolio Management).
  • Lead and support complex, multi-year, enterprise-wide commercial agreements, spanning multiple products, geographies, and business units.
  • Drive strategic account governance, including executive business reviews (EBRs), sponsorship programs, and global engagement frameworks.
  • Ensure Fitch Solutions is positioned as a mission-critical partner, not a point solution provider.

Retention, Expansion & Enterprise Growth
  • Own Net Revenue Retention and growth across the Strategic Accounts segment, with a focus on enterprise expansion and wallet share capture.
  • Oversee global account plans, ensuring clear white-space identification and coordinated execution across regions and product lines.
  • Partner with Sales Specialists, Product, and Customer Success to deliver integrated, cross-functional account strategies aligned to client priorities.
  • Drive adoption of the full Fitch Solutions portfolio, including credit, risk, macro, and sustainability solutions at enterprise scale.

People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead a team of senior / strategic account managers responsible for the firm's most critical relationships.
  • Set a high bar for executive engagement, commercial discipline, and strategic thinking across the team.
  • Coach, develop, and retain top talent with a focus on succession planning and leadership bench strength.
  • Establish best practices for strategic account management, global coordination, and enterprise selling.

Operating Discipline, Forecasting & Execution
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and predictability across renewals and expansion pipeline.
  • Drive excellence in CRM utilization, account planning rigor, and commercial governance.
  • Lead with a data-driven approach to identify risk, prioritize opportunities, and optimize performance across the segment.

You May be a Good Fit if:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales leadership, or strategic relationship management within financial services, data, or analytics businesses.
  • Proven success managing strategic/global accounts within top-tier financial institutions (banks, broker-dealers, asset managers).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex commercial relationships with multi-million-dollar contracts and global scope.
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing account management teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and procurement organizations.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, investment workflows, and risk management ecosystems.
  • Highly strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Strong network across Top-Tier U.S. and Global Financial Institutions at senior levels.
  • Proven experience structuring and closing global, multi-product enterprise agreements.
  • Track record of expanding enterprise relationships across business lines and geographies.
  • Experience acting as a public-facing leader (industry panels, client forums, executive briefings).

Key KPIs:
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): enterprise retention, renewal quality, and risk mitigation.
  • Expansion Growth: wallet share growth within top strategic accounts.
  • Enterprise Penetration: breadth of product adoption and multi-business line engagement.
  • Forecast Accuracy & Predictability: high-confidence, executive-level forecasting discipline.
  • Client Impact: depth of executive relationships and perception as a trusted strategic partner.
