How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Drive enterprise-wide strategic growth by designing, facilitating, and guiding annual and long-range planning initiatives alongside Finance and Executive Leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner for market leaders to evaluate high-impact growth opportunities, optimize provider ecosystem alignment, and inform capital allocation.
  • Translate complex market dynamics and industry trends into actionable, forward-looking strategic plans that enhance performance across diverse Ministry Markets.
  • Synthesize cross-functional inputs from operations, finance, and system teams to align internal goals with external competitive realities and business transformation needs.
  • Monitor and measure strategic progress by supporting monthly market business reviews, ensuring initiatives translate directly into measurable organizational outcomes.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience

    required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'

    degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those year

    being in leadership/management.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Specialized experience in healthcare corporate strategy, healthcare strategy consulting, or healthcare finance within a large, complex health system or organization.
  • Demonstrated history of partnering directly with operational and financial teams to develop and deploy enterprise or market-level strategic initiatives.
  • Master's degree preferred; minimum 10 years of overall strategic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
