Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant job experience required.
• Experience engaging with clinical and technology teams to implement effective workflows.
• Familiarity with optimizing technology in a clinical setting is beneficial.
• Understanding of organizational policy development and compliance is a plus.
• Prior experience with EHR systems, especially Cerner, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical leadership and technology teams.
• Translate clinical needs into actionable workflows to improve patient safety and provider experience.
• Assist in optimizing current technologies and implementing new solutions through effective problem probing.
• Contribute to the development of policies and training materials related to clinical information management.
• Support the onboarding process for new associates, providers, and locations.
