This role shapes how FIS shows up across platforms and executive visibility, translating complex business and technology priorities into compelling stories. The person who thrives here sees a breaking story and leans in. They take personal ownership of FIS's reputation, moving with urgency, exercising sound judgment and knowing when to escalate. Success is measured not by activities but by impact: proactive coverage, message penetration, crisis readiness, and trusted media relationships.

• Drive executive visibility through thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and media engagement
• Integrate earned media with social and digital channels to amplify reach and impact
• Conceive and deliver creative PR campaigns and activations that generate sustained attention
• Partner closely with marketing, legal, investor relations, and business leaders on aligned messaging
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high performing PR team and agency partners
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and platforms to scale monitoring, content development, and measurement.

Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated leadership in corporate or global public relations within complex organisations

• Experience supporting corporate initiatives such as divestitures, acquisitions, or transformations
• Strong understanding of social media, digital PR, and influencer strategies
• Experience building global PR models leveraging regional and global teams
• Familiarity with AI-powered PR tools and platforms, including media monitoring, content development, and reputation analytics
