What You Will Own

Fulfillment, Distribution Network & WMS Platform
  • The WMS platform is a foundational pillar of Fanatics' supply chain technology strategy - the system of record for how we move, store, and ship product across our global network, supporting both our DTC fulfillment operations and our wholesale distribution business.
  • Lead and co-develop the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Fanatics' Warehouse Management System platform in close partnership with Supply Chain and Operations, driving a large-scale, multi-site network transformation program across our global network.
  • Drive the technology platform across both fulfillment and distribution operations - ensuring it supports eCommerce, wholesale distribution, and omnichannel operations, and is tightly aligned to our broader supply chain technology platform strategy.
  • Enable greenfield deployments and complex retrofit programs, partnering closely with Operations and Supply Chain, across our growing global network - spanning North America, Europe, and beyond - building toward a uniform, modern technology platform for omnichannel operations.
  • Drive our micro-fulfillment model - enabling on-demand capacity and pop-up sites that power Fanatics' ability to respond to peak events and hot market moments.
  • Own automation integration strategy across warehouse execution, controls, and robotics systems - translating operational automation investments into coherent product architecture.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to evolve WMS capabilities in line with the network roadmap - from eCommerce and wholesale distribution through to fully integrated omnichannel operations.
  • Define and track network performance metrics across fulfillment efficiency, distribution accuracy, system reliability, and cost - in alignment with Operations and business stakeholders.

Global Shipping & Logistics
  • Define and evolve the product vision for Fanatics' Global Shipping platform, in close collaboration with Logistics and Transportation business partners, - spanning carrier integrations, Transportation Management System strategy, rate shopping, label generation, package lifecycle management, and delivery tracking.
  • Drive build vs. buy decisions for TMS - including vendor assessment, selection, and integration strategy across parcel, freight, last-mile, and regional carriers globally - working in partnership with Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Drive shipping capabilities across B2C, B2B, and enterprise fulfillment models, including cross-border and customs compliance.
  • Champion low-touch logistics execution - driving automation, intelligent carrier selection, and streamlined fulfillment routing to reduce freight costs, minimize manual intervention, and improve throughput across the shipping lifecycle.
  • Define and track shipping performance metrics - across on-time delivery, cost, carrier performance, and customer experience - in partnership with Logistics and Operations.

How You Will Make an Impact

Product Strategy - In Collaboration with Ops Partners
  • Drive the development of an integrated product vision and roadmap across fulfillment, distribution, WMS, and shipping - co-created with, and in service of, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Operations partners.
  • Ensure platform decisions balance customer experience, operational scalability, cost efficiency, and compliance - across both B2C and B2B models.
  • Lead build vs. buy evaluations and vendor selection decisions in partnership with the business, ensuring technology choices are grounded in operational reality.
  • Actively participate in executive-level program reviews and strategic planning cycles.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture on platform scalability, reliability, and supply chain technology strategy.
  • Work with Finance to model and track program ROI, total cost of ownership, and business impact across the network transformation portfolio.
  • Manage complex dependencies across multi-team, multi-vendor programs - driving alignment and unblocking delivery.

Execution & Delivery
  • Translate strategy into clear product requirements, epics, and measurable success criteria.
  • Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning in close partnership with engineering teams.
  • Navigate peak event planning and operational resilience requirements - holiday, promotional surges, and hot market events.

People Leadership
  • Build and develop a small, mighty team of Product Managers across fulfillment, distribution, WMS, and shipping domains.
  • Set clear direction, manage prioritization across competing demands, and build team capability.
