Join us at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as we seek a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy, portfolio, and product-management organization for Robotics, Perception, and Embodied AI.

You will define how advances in robotics and AI become differentiated products, platforms, and customer solutions. The portfolio may include embodied foundation models, multimodal perception, autonomy, simulation, robotics developer tools, edge and cloud services, and fleet-management capabilities.

This role combines long-term market vision, deep technical judgment, organizational leadership, customer engagement, and commercial accountability. You will lead multiple product teams, including senior product managers and other product leaders, and partner with executives across Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Safety, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Success requires delivering results through the organization you lead, developing senior leaders, and establishing durable product-management processes that improve execution across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the long-term portfolio vision, market strategy, investment thesis, and unified roadmap across research, AI models, robotics software, hardware enablement, data, simulation, cloud services, and customer solutions.
  • Select priority industries, use cases, customer segments, partnerships, and routes to market, while leading the operating model that moves scientific advances from exploration through incubation, productization, launch, and scale.
  • Establish portfolio metrics, investment gates, quality standards, production-readiness criteria, and operating mechanisms that improve execution across the broader organization.
  • Make resource and investment trade-offs across foundational research, shared platforms, vertical solutions, and strategic customer programs, while owning business cases, pricing, packaging, adoption, revenue, margin, and resource efficiency.
  • Build deep executive relationships with strategic customers and influence their robotics and technology direction.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing organization of senior and principal product managers and product leaders, including ownership of organizational planning, talent reviews, hiring, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Align leaders across Applied Science, Engineering, Safety, Hardware, Sales, and Operations when priorities or definitions of success differ.
Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of product management experience.
  • 8+ years of people-management or technical-leadership experience, including at least 2 years leading an organization that includes other managers or senior product leaders.
  • Experience leading multiple product teams responsible for a portfolio of complex, business-critical products or services and driving initiatives across product, technical, and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong technical understanding across robotics, perception, embodied AI, simulation, edge computing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience commercializing research-intensive, probabilistic, or safety-relevant technologies.
  • Experience managing portfolio strategy, investment planning, product economics, budgets, and executive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to attract strong talent, develop senior leaders, manage performance, and establish scalable organizational processes.
  • Ability to define product direction across multiple areas and influence executive decisions beyond the immediate organization.
  • Strong strategic-customer, executive-communication, and external-representation skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $165,700 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
