Hybrid Policy: 3 days a week onsite

Join us as Senior Director, Marketing - Dyslipidemia in Wilmington for the US Bipharma CVRM therapeutic area where you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. This role requires a strong ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, lead others, problem solve, influence, and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and end-to-end execution of theBrand strategy, aligning positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans to business objectives.

  • Uses a meticulous, scientific approach to understand, navigate, and adapt to complex, rapidly changing environments; leads the creation of compelling, evidence-based content that educates and influences target audiences.

  • Leads all aspects of multi-channel media measurement and theanalytics plan, ensuring robust KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and actionable insights inform optimization.

  • Delivers innovative, modern marketing approaches, including data-drivensocial media strategiesand implementation tailored to diverse consumer segments.

  • Identifies, builds, and sustains strong alliances with cross-functional partners across theenterprise and broader ecosystem

  • Acquires, develops, and assessesmarketing talentfor current and future needs; builds succession pipelines and critical capabilities.

  • Influences cross-functional stakeholder decisions and collaboration to ensure goals are achieved; navigates ambiguity and drives alignment.

  • Assesses marketing impact continuously; makes timely course corrections, tests-and-learns, and pivots to improve outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any background

  • 8+ yrs experience in one or a combination of: pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional or related industry experience which includes 5 yrs of Commercial experience

  • Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience

  • >2 years experience in pharmaceutical field facing roles

Desirable Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science

  • Experience in CVRM, especially dyslipidemia

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to successfully work through ambiguity

  • First-line leader experience

  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving ambitious goals or career progression

  • Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and drive results
