Full Job Description
Senior Director, M&A Integration (Corporate Development)

The Opportunity

Adobe's Corporate Development Integration (CDI) team consists of a small but mighty group of professionals responsible for pre-merger operational diligence, integration strategy and post-merger integration planning and execution. We are seeking an Executive Senior Director of M&A Integration to play a central role in translating acquisitions into business impact. You will work at the center of Adobe's most strategic transactions-partnering with senior leaders to shape how deals are implemented and how value is realized. You will lead Adobe's M&A Integration function within Corporate Development, reporting to the VP of Corporate Development.

We're looking for an experienced executive leader who excels in partnering cross-functionally and influencing in a complex, fast-paced environment. This leader is strategically and operationally focused; has strong commercial and strategic judgment and can lead multiple integration efforts simultaneously while ensuring acquisition targets meet/exceed deal value drivers.

This executive appointment will be responsible for crafting and driving integration strategy and execution across Adobe's acquisitions-working in close partnership with Corporate Development, business unit and functional leaders. Success in this role depends on deep operational experience, strong executive credibility, and execution leadership.

The Senior Director of M&A Integration will provide trusted counsel to deal teams and senior leaders, ensuring acquisitions are well-executed and aligned to their strategic intent. He/she/they will lead a high-performing team of integration leads, developing and growing this team by acting as a mentor and player/coach.

What you will do
Team and Function Leadership
  • Lead and scale the integration function by managing independent deal leads, coaching high-performing teams, evolving playbooks and tools, and bringing external standards to improve consistency, speed, and value capture
  • Manage relationships with third parties for surge capacity and expertise

Strategy and Diligence
  • Act as a senior advisor on complex, high-impact transactions and influence how integrations are planned and executed
  • Set integration strategy across the deal lifecycle by aligning deal thesis, value drivers, and execution priorities
  • Shape integration hypotheses during diligence, assess risks and trade-offs, and inform deal structuring and decision-making
  • Create clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving situations by defining integration approach, sequencing, priorities, and key decisions

Execution and Value Realization
  • Translate deal intent into executable integration plans with clear ownership, milestones, governance, and success metrics
  • Drive value realization by identifying risks early, mitigating issues proactively, and establishing operating cadences that enable timely decisions
  • Lead multiple concurrent integrations across deal types and stages while maintaining focus on strategic and financial outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Influence without direct authority by aligning stakeholders, resolving trade-offs, and driving high-quality decisions at key inflection points
  • Orchestrate cross-functional integration across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT, removing dependencies and accelerating execution
  • Establish governance, decision forums, and executive transparency into progress, risks, and trade-offs to support speed and accountability

What You Need to Succeed
  • 15+ years leading M&A integration, consulting, or enterprise transformation across complex deal types
  • Proven leadership of complex integrations in global, matrixed, product-led organizations
  • Strategic operator who converts strategy into execution, creates clarity in ambiguity, and delivers results in high-stakes environments
  • Track record influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market
  • Proven people leader who builds, develops, and inspires high-performing multidisciplinary teams
  • A combination of confidence with humility and a growth mindset to be open to learning in a constantly evolving environment
  • Executive communicator with the presence and credibility to build trust quickly across senior leaders and partners
  • Leads complex programs across multiple workstreams, establishes strong operating rhythms, and delivers against operational and program goals
  • Exercises strong judgment, drives timely decisions, and navigates competing priorities with a bias for action
  • Strong command of M&A tools and data rooms, with high standards for performance, accountability, and impact
  • Knowledgeable, preferably well versed, in AI and application of AI in M&A, with a passion for continuous learning
