Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to lead our Technology Onboarding initiatives at SS&C Technologies, Inc. This pivotal role involves overseeing the seamless integration of new technology, systems, and platforms across our global organization, ensuring efficient adoption and maximum business value.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive global technology onboarding strategy, aligning with SS&C's overall business objectives and technology roadmap.
* Lead and manage a team of technology onboarding specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve technology onboarding processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
* Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including IT, product development, operations, and business units, to understand their technology onboarding needs and translate them into actionable plans.
* Oversee the creation and delivery of effective training programs, documentation, and support materials for new technology deployments.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of technology onboarding programs, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to senior leadership.
* Manage budgets and resources allocated to technology onboarding projects, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to financial guidelines.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into SS&C's onboarding strategies.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in technology implementation, change management, or IT project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing technology onboarding or adoption programs.
* Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology deployments and driving user adoption within complex global organizations.
* Strong understanding of various software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and developing engaging training content.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to travel occasionally as required.
