The Senior Director, Head of Content Creative is responsible for defining the creative vision, content strategy, and storytelling standards across the Content & Experience function.This role leads the development of content approaches that connect artist identity, audience behavior, commercial objectives, and creative innovation. Working closely with Creative Directors, Content Production, Design & Direction, Client teams, and executive stakeholders, the Head of Content Creative ensures all content initiatives align with a clear strategic vision while delivering exceptional creative quality and audience impact.

Serving as both creative leader and strategic partner, this role shapes how content is conceptualized, developed, and experienced across the organization. Beyond individual campaigns and projects, the Head of Content Creative is responsible for building the frameworks, standards, and creative culture that elevate content effectiveness and establish best-in-class audience experiences.

Content Vision & Creative Leadership
  • Define the overarching content vision across Digital Creative Services
  • Establish creative principles and storytelling frameworks that guide content development
  • Ensure content strategies align with artist identity, audience needs, and business objectives
  • Lead the development of innovative content concepts and audience engagement approaches
  • Drive consistency in content quality, creative excellence, and brand expression across all initiatives
  • Champion audience-first thinking across content creation and experience design

Content Strategy & Experience Development
  • Develop scalable content strategies across ecommerce, campaigns, social, editorial, and experiential touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen artist storytelling through content ecosystems and integrated experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders to define content objectives, success measures, and audience engagement strategies
  • Translate audience insights, performance data, and market trends into actionable creative direction
  • Drive experimentation with emerging content formats, platforms, technologies, and storytelling techniques
  • Ensure content experiences support both engagement and commercial performance objectives


Organizational Leadership
  • Lead and develop Content Creative leaders and teams
  • Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Establish content standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
  • Partner closely with Design & Direction, Content Production, Development, Project Management, and Client teams
  • Create alignment between creative ambition, operational capability, and business priorities
  • Act as a senior creative voice across strategic planning and leadership discussions


Creative Governance & Quality
  • Oversee creative reviews and content direction across major initiatives
  • Ensure content output reflects artist vision, brand integrity, and audience expectations
  • Guide creative decision-making on high-profile campaigns and business-critical projects
  • Establish content measurement frameworks that evaluate both creative effectiveness and business impact
  • Continuously evolve creative standards based on audience behavior, cultural trends, and performance insights
