Role Summary
Own the commercial relationships, content, and field strategy that turn a launch into prescribing behavior. You'll build HCP-facing work with enough clinical and commercial credibility that the field trusts it and payers respect it, and set the standard for how this category earns physician preference.
Key Responsibilities
- HCP commercial strategy and value proposition
- All HCP-facing content, materials, and messaging for the franchise
- Medical education strategy and peer-to-peer engagement programs, in partnership with Medical Affairs
- HCP field enablement: arms the field with everything it needs to be effective
- HCP segmentation, targeting strategy, and prescribing behavior tracking against goals
- Partnership with enterprise Sales on field execution and messaging pull-through
Leadership Capabilities
- Can build HCP-facing strategy and content with enough clinical and commercial credibility that the field trusts it and payers respect it
- Leads without owning the sales organization: sets field strategy and enablement that Sales executes, which takes influence rather than authority
- Coach and develop content and strategy talent as the team builds out
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in HCP marketing, brand strategy, or commercial content leadership in pharma or biotech
- Demonstrated experience building HCP segmentation and targeting strategy tied to prescribing outcomes
- Experience partnering with a national or regional sales organization on field execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record building brand ideas and campaigns that HCPs remember, not just materials they receive
- Medical education or peer-to-peer program experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214,900.00 to $358,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
