sits at the center of business, technology, analytics, and growth teams - ensuring initiatives are
delivered on time, aligned to strategic priorities, and drive meaningful business outcomes.
This individual will play a critical role in driving large-scale digital and operational transformation
efforts, with an initial focus on the evolution of our e-commerce into the future, inclusive of new
technology and data initiatives that enhance personalization, customer experience, and decisioning
capabilities. Over time, this role may flex across a range of digital priorities, including platform
enhancements, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements.
This position has high visibility with the FP Movement and URBN senior leadership and requires a

without direct authority, and consistently moves work forward while maintaining alignment to
broader business goals.

Digital & Transformation Delivery
• Lead end-to-end delivery of our digital commerce evolution, ensuring alignment to business

• Translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between business
stakeholders and technical teams.
• Contribute to shaping roadmaps and sequencing of work across digital and technology
teams.

Project & Program Management
• Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and
resource needs.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies and
escalating when needed.
• Establish and lead governance forums, status updates, and working sessions to maintain
momentum and alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as a key connector between business, digital, analytics, and technology teams.
• Build strong relationships and guide stakeholders through complex decisions to maintain
forward progress.
• Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including risks, dependencies, and
decisions required.
• Proactively identify and resolve misalignments across teams.
Operational Readiness & Change Management
• Support adoption of new capabilities, tools, and processes through thoughtful rollout

• Help teams adapt to new ways of working in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
