Full Job Description
About the Team

Our team is a multidisciplinary group working across brand design, packaging, and marketing communications, supporting one of our largest and most dynamic clients.

The work spans multiple categories, formats, and touchpoints-from shelf to screen to store-requiring systems thinking, speed, and a deep understanding of how brands show up in the real world.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment embedded in the client's business, where creative ideas must scale across portfolios and channels.

About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you are a versatile, conceptually strong designer who can move fluidly across brand identity, packaging systems, and integrated campaign work. You have the ability to think about how it comes to life across the entire consumer journey.

You bring strong CPG instincts and understand what drives impact on shelf, but you're equally comfortable extending that thinking into retail, digital, social, and campaign storytelling.

This role requires a designer who is:

  • Conceptually driven: able to generate and evolve big ideas, not just execute
  • Omnichannel in thinking: understands how design systems extend across touchpoints
  • Systems-minded: able to build and scale across portfolios and categories
  • CPG & retail savvy: understands shelf, hierarchy, and shopper behavior
  • Fast and flexible: thrives in high-volume, high-velocity environments

On Any Given Day, You Might work on:

Brand, Packaging & System Design

  • Translate briefs into compelling, strategically grounded design solutions
  • Develop brand identities and packaging systems across categories and product lines
  • Extend and evolve existing brand worlds with consistency and creative integrity
  • Think beyond single SKUs to cohesive portfolio-level design systems

Campaign & Content Development

  • Contribute to and develop campaign ideas and visual territories that extend beyond packaging
  • Apply brand systems across retail, in-store, digital, social, and motion
  • Create cohesive visual storytelling across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Support the development of presentations and narratives that bring ideas to life

Photography & Visual Direction

  • Develop visual direction and pre-production documentation (shot lists, guidelines)
  • Art direct photography to support both packaging and campaign needs
  • Guide composition, styling, lighting, and storytelling decisions
  • Partner with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to ensure quality and consistency

CORE CREATIVE SKILLS

Conceptual Thinking & Idea Development

  • Ability to generate strong, strategic creative ideas-not just execute against direction
  • Translates briefs and insights into compelling visual territories and design systems
  • Thinks beyond single outputs to connected brand ecosystems

Craft & Execution

  • Demonstrates exceptional design craft across typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Executes work with precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail
  • Builds organized, production-ready files across packaging and campaign deliverables
  • Balances speed and quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Systems Thinking & Omnichannel Design

  • Understands how brand systems scale across packaging, retail, digital, and campaign touchpoints
  • Applies consistency while adapting designs across formats, SKUs, and channels
  • Thinks holistically about how a brand shows up across the full consumer journey

The Ideal Person

  • Has a portfolio that shows range: brand identity, campaign work, and packaging
  • Brings strong CPG experience but isn't limited to packaging-only thinking
  • Understands how brands live across retail, digital, and physical environments
  • Thinks conceptually but executes with precision
  • Is confident, collaborative, and proactive
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Balances creative ambition with real-world constraints

You Bring

  • Degree in Graphic, Communication, or Packaging Design (or related field)
  • 6+ years of experience across brand design, packaging, and/or marketing communications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and omnichannel execution
  • Experience working across multi-SKU / multi-category portfolios
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with digital design tools like Figma
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Solid understanding of packaging production and print processes
