Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering field; Master's degree in engineering management or business administration is a plus
Project Management qualification or currently pursuing one; support available during the process
Experience in engineering and/or project management, capable of managing large-scale projects
Comfortable in a dynamic environment managing priorities and deadlines
Results-oriented with commitment to meeting schedules and milestones
Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on teamwork and open communication

Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of design packages for business benefits
Coordinate with project partners to ensure timely, scoped, and high-quality delivery
Lead a team of designers in adherence to the Capital Project Delivery Process
Develop and implement robust reporting for timely decision-making
Own and manage the design change register, ensuring changes are approved before implementation
Ensure design documents are thorough, updated, and properly stored at all stages
Identify improvement opportunities through reviews of design packages, sharing best practices and lessons learned

As a Senior DesignManageratLinesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:

Manage the successful delivery of the design packages and ensurethat the business benefit is delivered
Coordinate with projectpartnersto ensure the delivery is within scope, on time, using agreed resources and is to a high quality
Lead a team of design members, ensuring that the requirements of all project stages are deliveredin accordance withthe Capital Project Delivery Process
Develop robust reporting to ensuretimelydecision-making
Own the design change register, identifying & reviewing any changes and obtaining the required authorization for changes in scope
Ensure design documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately at all stages
Seek new areas for improvement through active reviews of the design packages, communicating good practices and lessons learned
