About the Role:

The Revenue Analytics team is focused on developing strategic recommendations grounded in data to scale, drive, and recover revenue. We are experts at synthesizing different contexts from Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth and expansion opportunities that directly drive the company's bottom line. If you have a passion for breaking down complexity and ambiguity into quantifiable impact, you'll thrive on our team.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Cross-functional Champion: Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous questions to influence and implement revenue driving initiatives and recommendations.
  • Revenue Optimization: Own and identify innovative new strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition throughout the entire revenue waterfall.
  • Data-driven Insights: Lead the charge in improving our quantitative analysis techniques (simulation models, A/B testing, causal impact analysis, etc.) to better influence audiences on strategic direction, with opportunities to present these insights to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Data Infrastructure: Own, refine, and improve existing data pipelines to harness the power of data analytics, defining data structures, and leveraging advanced tracking methodologies to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Role Model: Set the standard for the team in terms of analytical thinking and excellence.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with strong emphasis on breaking down business problems into data driven impact.
  • Standout written and verbal communication skills who excels at sharing data insights to audiences of all backgrounds
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github

Expected Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 per year salaried*
* The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Extended Stay America, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the operator of an economy apartment hotel chain in the United States and Canada. As of December 31, 2019, the company owned and operated 557 hotel properties consisting of approximately 61,900 rooms and franchised or managed 73 hotel properties consisting of approximately 7,500 rooms. Prior to June 2021, when the company was acquired by Blackstone Real Estate and the Starwood Capital Group, it was publicly traded as a "paired share" with ESH Hospitality, Inc., a real estate investment trust and the owner of the hotels. As of 2022, there are 650+ Extended Stay America branded hotels. Extended Stay America was founded on January 9, 1995 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by George D.
